Ingredients:
12 oz IBC Cream Soda
1/4 c. ice
1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 T. butterscotch syrup
whipping cream for topping
Directions:
Add cream soda, ice cream, ice and butterscotch syrup in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch syrup (optional).
