Ingredients:
2 small bags frozen corn
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup of cream (instant pot cup which is a little smaller than a true 1/2 cup)
1/2 stick of butter
2 T sugar
2 T sour cream
1 T Corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste!
Directions: Mixed corn, sugar, cream cheese, cream, and butter in instant pot. High pressure 5 min then QR. Then mixed corn starch and sour cream together and stirred it all together adding salt and pepper as needed.
