7Up Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. 7 Up soda, room temp
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Pour Bisquick into a large bowl.  Add in sour cream and mix.  Pour in 7 Up and stir until combined.  The dough will be very soft.

Sprinkle another 1/2 c. Bisquick onto a clean surface and gently pat dough out to desired thickness- about 1 inch.

Use a circle biscuit cutter and cut out 9 biscuits.  Pour melted butter into a 9x9 pan.  Place the biscuits into the pan on top of the butter.  Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

*I was very liberal with the Bisquick on the counter, my hands and the biscuit cutter since the dough is so soft.  The biscuits turned out much better this way!
