Ingredients:
Prepared pie crust
1 c. sugar
2 rounded T. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. strawberries
1 container of Cool Whip
Directions:
In medium saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook and stir until clear over medium heat. Lower heat and add Jello, stirring until dissolved. Cut up strawberries and crush a few. Stir into Jello mix. Pour into pie shell. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
