Flag Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

2 rolls of sugar cookie dough

1 1/2 package of cream cheese (8 oz + 4 oz), softened

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

1 t. vanilla

1 container of blueberries, washed and sliced

1 container of strawberries, washed and sliced

1 can Redi whip (optional, we did not use)

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350.  

2.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.  Open cookie dough and press into the baking sheet evenly.  Bake 15-20 minutes or until browned and middle is done.  Cool cookie completely.

3.  In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powered sugar, and vanilla.

4.  Once cookie is cooled, spread cream cheese mixture on top.  

5.  Top with blueberries and strawberries to create the flag.

6.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
